Server Rules
- Abuse of Bugs
Players must report bugs or glitches instead of exploiting them for personal gain. Exploiting bugs will result in punishment, regardless of whether you caused the bug. - Real Money Trading
Trading, selling, or buying accounts, characters, or items for real-world currency or goods is strictly forbidden. Only in-game items and Noveria Coins are allowed in trades. - Disclosure of Personal Information
Sharing another player's private data—such as real-life photos, addresses, conversations, or documents—without their explicit permission is strictly forbidden. - Respect Toward Staff & Community
Insulting or harassing staff members, impersonating administration, or engaging in disruptive behavior that harms the experience of other players will not be tolerated. - Abuse of Multi-Client and Automation
Running multiple characters or using automated actions (such as scripts, macros, or bots) is allowed on Noveria. However, these tools must not be used to block or deny access to content in ways that cannot be resolved through PvP. - Offensive or Misleading Names
Character, guild, or account names must remain respectful and appropriate. Names that are offensive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or intended to impersonate or closely resemble administrators, staff, or official characters are prohibited. - Advertising Other Servers
Mentioning, promoting, or advertising other Open Tibia servers or similar projects in-game or on Discord is not allowed. - Spamming
Repeatedly sending identical, meaningless, or disruptive text, symbols, or macros in chat channels is forbidden. This applies to in-game chat and Discord. - Donations are final
All donations to Noveria Online are voluntary and non-refundable. Any attempt to reverse a payment (chargeback, payment dispute, or similar action) will result in permanent account suspension or deletion. If staff determine that in‑game transfers or transactions were used to conceal or retain items/currency following a payment reversal, those transfers may be reversed and any affected items, currency, or characters may be removed or suspended. Questions about donations can be directed to support before making a payment.
